Sonoeasy (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the listening platform at sonoeasy.com. By using it, you agree to these terms. This is a pre-launch placeholder; final copy is pending counsel review.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sonoeasy.
You can listen without an account. To contribute or connect, you sign in with your email. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
You keep ownership of what you record. By contributing, you grant Sonoeasy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and publicly perform your audio to operate and promote the service, and you grant other users a license to listen to it through the service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared or kept in backups. Content on Sonoeasy eventually becomes public — private request fulfillments are time-exclusive, not permanently private.
Follow our Community Guidelines. In short: record only your own voice, or with the permission of anyone else who can be heard; audio must be human-recorded, not AI-generated or synthetic; do not post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit, and nothing involving minors; and do not scrape or bulk-reproduce content, or try to get around rate limits or access controls.
We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA. See Copyright / takedown.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONOEASY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Final limits are to be finalized with counsel before launch.
These terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes resolved by binding, individual arbitration with a class-action waiver. Final dispute-resolution terms are to be finalized with counsel before launch.
We may update these terms and will note the effective date; continued use means you accept the changes.
